Pilgrim's Pride is seeking a SAP Module Configurer for our Rockwall Data Center in Rockwall, TX. This position is responsible for configuring and supporting the SAP Financial and Controlling modules (excluding Accounts Receivable, Product Costing and Profitability analysis). This partner acts as the primary interface to the user community and must be an expert in the business process involved, so they can act as a facilitator, architect, and implementer.

Will be responsible for:

"˘ Responsible for configuring and supporting Financial and Controlling modules of SAP.
"˘ Designing, developing, and implementing new processes and systems.
"˘ Developing specifications for system enhancements.
"˘ Interfacing with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality.
"˘ Developing documentation for systems and processes
"˘ Mentoring, coaching, and developing partners
"˘ Providing day to day production support.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:

"˘ Must have at least 4-6 years experience with SAP Financial and Controlling modules. Experience with Treasury/Cash Management, Vertex tax software or ERP2004/ERP2005 a plus.
~˘ A good understanding of data flows and processes to be able to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions.
~˘ Must have participated in at least 2 full life-cycle implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
~˘ Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.
~˘ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
~˘ Excellent communication and relational skills required.
~˘ Must have a focus on customer satisfaction.
~˘ Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision.
~˘ Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.
~˘ Must be a strong team player.
~˘ Must be willing to travel occasionally.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor~&tm;s Degree in Accounting preferred with 3-5 years related experience
