Capgemini employs approximately 60,000 people worldwide and reported 2004 global revenues of 6,291 million euros.Responsibilities:As part of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, use your expertise and strong analytical skills to lead and support SAP Application software integration projects and sales efforts.  You will be responsible for the full lifecycle configuration, customization, testing and implementation of SAP solutions. This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. This person will also apply project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:Along with at least 6-8 years of relevant work experience, your functional skills should include complete understanding and implementation experience with SAP SCM module MM (Materials Management). Experience in SAP R/3 environment on version 4.6 or higher, ECC 5.0 would be a plus. Industry background must include knowledge/experience in liquor, wines and spirits or beer would be ideal but will also consider consumer products, beverage, oil and gas, chemicals or any process industries.Deep knowledge and experience from blueprint to design, requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, configuration, customization, integration, gap analysis and testing.
Must have experience in full life-cycle implementations with proficient-level knowledge/experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) in the areas of purchasing, supply chain, inventory, procurement and sourcing. PP (Production Planning) would be a plus.An added plus would be progressive-knowledge of SAP's Tools and Methods (Automated Methods, Environment-AME, ASAP Methodology, Aris Toolset, Implementation Management Guide-AME, Mentor, Director, R/3 Analyzer, Testing Tools-Auto Tester). You will really catch our attention if you have certification.
Position requires a strong track record of professional success preferably in the Consulting Services arena.Candidates should also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are needed.Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.College degree in a related area of study, with advanced degree highly preferred.
MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
