Capgemini employs approximately 60,000 people worldwide and reported 2004 global revenues of 6,291 million euros.The primary role of an SAP Consultant is to support medium to large engagement teams by providing hands-on technical expertise in the development and configuration of SAP module solutions. While often technical in scope, consultants also work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Also identifies, develops, and implements techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients. Candidates will be immediately deployed on a challenging client engagement and will have growth opportunities in multiple SAP solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least two full life cycle implementations experience with SAP CRM. Looking for candidates with experience with SAP CRM; Channel Management, but will look at other strong CRM candidates as well. Must be able to travel. Significant prior experience as an SAP consultant is required, with strong preference for candidates with prior consulting skills and experience in one or more full-lifecycle SAP implementations. Proven competency in one or more of the following SAP modules; SD, MM, PP, PLM, HR, SEM (FI/CO), BW, CRM, QM and Enterprise Portal. Exhibit knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed. Manager-level candidates should have strong team leadership skills and be able to define creative solutions and demonstrate initiative to lead teams/sub-teams through project challenges and identify add-on sales opportunities at a client site. Specific industry experience is not key in this role.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
