Remote Customer Trainer

Our client is seeking several Remote Customer Trainers to provide remote basic training for software applications used in automotive dealerships.
>Phone or internet-based training is delivered following established processes.
>Makes initial contact with dealership to review process and ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing support and problem resolution.
>Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.
>Maintain and increase personal knowledge of products and solutions.
>Work as part of a team to deliver training and continuously find ways to improve training offerings.
>Display high level of enthusiasm.
>Able to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.
>Perform administrative functions as required.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be successful in this position candidates should possess:
>Minimum professional experience required working in other positions that prepares associate to perform the work for this position.
>Understanding of basic accounting principles of debits and credits (variable resources).
>Associates degree/technical certification in computer-related/busines field.Behavior Characteristics:>Good organizational and problem solving skills. >Customer Service or training experience.
