Remedy Administrator

Purpose: Our client a fast-paced manufacturing company, is looking for a Remedy Administrator.

On a day to day basis this individual will act as the Service Desk escalation path of all non routine issues as well any urgent escalations. Resulting in the creation of new documentation or procedures as a result of the problem management and change management processes. Using ITIL methodologies to manage the incident, problem and change management processes.

To be qualified for this position Remedy experience is a must. This individual will be responsible for creating all user, group, and problem/solution categories.
