QC Specialist

Overview:
Reporting to the Campaign Operations Manager, the Quality Control(QC) Associate will work with a small team that tests the assembly, performance, and member experience impact of online marketing media.

Responsibilties:
1. Records and tracks error data, flags problems, and monitors resolutions.
2. Acts as test resource to Engineering team.
3. Documents technical and historical data for future reference and defines quality standards.
4. Works with Client Services team to troubleshoot campaign issues.
5. Writes test scripts and executes test plans.
6. The QC Associate may also be asked to act as an additional resource to the Campaign Targeting group.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
2. 3 or more years of professional experience, preferably in a quality assurance environment.
3. 1-3 years test experience.
4. Strong knowledge of Internet, HTML, and Internet applications.
5. Strong knowledge of usability testing.
6. Understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
7. Understanding of e-commerce industry practices and trends.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment is a must.
10. Ability to manage multiple assignments.
11. Comfortable with PC and Mac platforms.
12. Programming experience desired.
