QA Software Tester - Stuart

Purpose: Teksystems is currently seeking a manual QA Tester for a permanent opportunity in Stuart, FL.

This QA Tester will be responsible for:
1. Participate in document reviews throughout the software lifecycle.
2. Write test plans/procedures.
3. Assist Technical Support Specialists as necessary.
4. Participate in and/or monitor code walk-throughs for all modifications to existing code for publishing software.
5. Coordinate testing activities with others.
6. Identify resource requirements for testing.
7. Configure hardware and software for testing systems.
8. Provide verbal phone support to customers.
9. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Due to the immediacy of this position, local candidates preferred. Out of area candidates are welcome but must be willing to pay own expenses for interview and relocation. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
