Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this position include: Activity Tracking Site Line Administrator: Send out weekly notifications of how to use AT to new users. Deactivate/Activate accounts. Answer questions from customers (as needed) through helpdesk tickets or other. Position Management: Transactions posted in spreadsheet (Excel for now, but creating an online tool), including: slot movement, reporting changes, position creations, and position openings. Insight area will not be given to non-FTE. Update org chart (using Visio). Update monthly org announcement. All of the above must be done as changes come through and be kept up to date at all times so that current information may be retrieved at a moment's notice. Reporting: Meet once a month with Finance and GLF to validate headcount by cost center. Assist GLF with report out to ILT to include: employee headcount breakdown (open & filled) by family (in Excel); contractor breakdown by family - AtS broken out separately; graphs and pie charts showing: aging of openings, total work force (both contractors and employees) by career ladder level, opens and filled 12 month trend - both FTEs and contractors, contractors by family - AtS vs. non-AtS. Post end of month reports and back-up documentation to insight people area. Be responsible for minutes for governance meeting, minutes for portfolio debrief meeting, portfolio operations mailbox, insight coordinator. Send updated org charts and monthly announcement to Informatics Communications for posting to iSite portlet. Assist GLF with posting reqs: Assign position number to requisitions. Complete requisition with all blanks filled in and submits to HR Recruiting. If terminated position, determine if career ladder level stays the same; if changed, make attribute change and record changes.
