Project Manager - IT

The scope of this job is Manager: Provides leadership in four capability areas in the IT environment: people management, project management, process management, and client relationships. This Manager will be responsible for leading a group of 10 +Architects, enabling the appropriate project intake processes, and driving accurate budget and project planning across the group.

The individual will be responsible for

1. Develops and aligns team around overall strategy and mission. Facilitates IT project delivery and support. Allocates and manages resources. Leads and develops people. Controls budget, expenses and scope. Managers risk, issue and problem resolution. Develops, supports, and manages relationships (business, vendors, enterprise, APT). Communicates and manages communications. Uses functional, business, and technical knowledge to deliver the best solutions. Identifies strategic improvements in what is delivered to the business and users. Creates and maintains formalized business agreements with client and monitors client satisfaction.
2. Builds functional and technical expertise within the team to enable effective delivery of projects. Enables the team to support delivery against commitments by ensuring skills are developed and the right supporting tools a
REQUIREMENTS
1. Intermediate - 4 - 6 years leading teas of 8 or more resources. 5 years or more leading medium to large projects.
