Implementation Project Manager/Business Analyst Job Description:

This candidate will be working directly with Clients by managing major implementation projects that may contain new technology, new products, and new applications.

The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project delivery date and related timelines for implementations, change requests, and problem resolutions for specific client applications.

The project manager is responsible for designing and executing the implementation project plan; selecting the appropriate technology plan and documenting the implementation project, defining the test plan and ensuring that the application performance meets production criteria and contractual Service Level Agreements.

The ideal candidate will posses a bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university.

Minimum 4 years Project Management experience with client facing technology/software projects.

Solid understanding of RUP or SDLC or other project management methodologies. This candidate must understand technology and software development projects.

A solid understanding of WEB and Batch Processing environments is a must. A solid understanding of UNIX, Solaris and Mid-Range platforms needed. Data file formats are required such as XML or Metacode.

Manager Notes: We?re looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic. We could see someone here who has five years experience out of college as a BA and is making the transition into a PM role.
