Project Manager

ActiveStrategy uniquely offers a dual solution - a leading suite of software products and expert management consulting services (often applied to Balanced Scorecard frameworks). The Project Manager's job is to actively manage client expectations and consulting and software deliverables in a timely and efficient fashion.

The company, based in Philadelphia, I staffing it's West Coast operations (based in San Francisco) to support continued rapid growth.
REQUIREMENTS
The Project Manager must have 3-7 yrs. experience with an enterprise software company with external client related project management skills (including MS Project skills), light technical skills (familiarity with XML/XSL), light database skills (MS, SQL, Oracle). Must have a solid track record of being a team player with excellent written & oral communication skills, classroom training experience or aptitude for user application training and good ability to manage and direct client expectations. Background in Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, and/or Employee goal setting & appraisal is highly desired. PMP or PMI certification strongly desired. Light west coast travel and travel to east coast for training.
