Project Manager 4
We are looking for a Project Manager/Senior analyst to join the Human Resources Systems Group for Wells Fargo & Company. As a member of the systems team, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of 125 technology professionals in 3 locations, San Francisco, Minneapolis and Phoenix. You will have the opportunity of working on a variety of system applications that are used by the 150,000 plus Wells Fargo Team Members, 84 lines of business as well as the 1 Million plus, external job seekers. Your initial assignment within the team will be as an Implementation Lead working on our Learning Management System (LMS) implementation. After your initial assignment you will be able to move around within the group and work on various systems including our Benefits, Corporate Compensation, Recruiting and Payroll Systems.

In your initial assignment you will:
o Manage the various lines of business (LOB) relationships, maintain productive working relationships with Learning and Development managers and LOB transition leads
o Develop and manage LOB project plans and task plans to assist LOBs with planning and executing successful LMS implementations.
o Manage sub-project progress, deliverables, and milestones – remediate missed targets.
o Keep deliverables and milestones on track for implementation time lines or escalate slippage and increasing risk factors to project management team.
o Manage designated LOB business requirements and process analysis.
o Coordinate and negotiate resource needs for LOB’s to meet goals and objectives required for successful implementation
Includes, business analyst, training, user experience, testing, data migration, and reporting resources.
o Develop and maintain all LOB project-related documentation, including task plans, issues lists, change control requests, sign-off and contingency agreements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum Qualifications:
o Customer relationship management experience
o Project management experience, PMI or similar training/certification
o Experience managing or leading a team of business systems analysts, learning consultants, or project managers
o Experience on large projects implementing enterprise business applications and significant business process change involving multiple project leads
o Experience gathering business and/or systems requirements using an approach that incorporates business objectives, use cases, and business process analysis
o Proficient with MS Project, Visio, Excel
o Self-motivated - Able to work independently while proactively communicating and working with distributed project teams.
o Negotiation and conflict management -To keep scope in check as well as mediating a sound agreement that meets the business goals within the available resources.
o Customer relationship management – Adept at working with client groups to identify business goals, build consensus, facilitate change, and collaborate with a wide range of customer groups and participants.
o Action orientedDrive for results – Pursues work with energy, drive and a strong accomplishment orientation. Recognizes quickly when progress toward results is slowing or stalling and takes immediate action to get back on track.
o Problem solving – Gathers and analyzes information and uses it to develop effective solutions to difficult situations
o Multitasking and priority management – Balancing multiple tasks, objectives, and deliverables without sacrificing due-dates and milestones. Ability to re-prioritize on a regular basis to keep pace with rapidly changing project and business drivers.
