Job Description: Project CoordinatorConfirm Equipment arrival on-site, Room Reservations, Team Leads etc
Act as point person for any questions / out of scope items at the hotel
Validate local Tech arrival - If issues, contact staffing company
Coordinate asset disposal
Place Warranty order once we have Serial Numbers
Collect SROs (Timesheets)Follow-Up w/ hotel GM and Site Contact - Following Wed after go-live
Collate all site inventory sheets (One per PC) into a new hotel inventory spreadsheet
Collate all Timesheets for techs on the installation
Submit billing information to Insight / IHG
Perform post-mortem conference call for every installation
Update project plan / PM as neededSkills Required: Documentation, time management, multi tasking, excellent communication skills.Please apply online or email yor resume to:
