Project Administrator

The person in this position will be in a support role helping Project Managers and team members manage detailed project schedules for major software development projects.
They will assist with coordination and tracking of enhancements and estimates
work with the managers to define resource allocations and task assignments
create and maintain the detailed project schedules
monitor workload allocations
analyze the project plan for potential delays
track scheduling issues
provide progress updates to the overall Project Manager and assist with metrics and reporting.
They may be asked to facilitate project meetings as needed.Two to four years of experience in software development either in design, coding, QA and/or release management.
Some experience in project administration or management preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Project and Excel.
The work requires analytical skills and use of initiative and independent judgment.
This person must be very organized and detail oriented with good communication skills. Print this page
