Division#: 61-0001Division Name: Ticket to WorkJob Categories: Information TechnologyJob Responsibilities: Assists with the planning and design of systems used to support the Ticket Program. Extracts, tabulates, graphs, analyzes, and reports data to support program activity and assists in management decision making. Performs modifications and enhancements to the database systems, as required Audits, evaluates, tracks, and reports implementation and activity of program for Quality Assurance/Quality Insurance and contract compliance. Produces and assists with ad hoc reports for the client and management staff, including demographics and strategic planning information as contractually required. Performs database system troubleshooting, as needed. Performs project data analysis and researches data discrepancies between project and client systems. Schedules and coordinates all mailing and special actions requirements to support the SSA Ticket-to-Work project. Maintains appropriate security measures for all confidential files (paper and magnetic), and computer data files. Maintains system documentation. Attends corporate training and OIS meetings, as required. Participates in meetings with clients, as required. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience; Two years of systems analysis and database experience; Experience with UNIX, SQL, Oracle 9.x, Java, JSP, XML, HTML & PERL; Ability to integrate business rules into programming requirements; Ability to interface with various parties regarding systems development, testing, and maintenance; Experience in maintaining and enhancing applications, databases and systems interfaces; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed-oriented work environment; Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
