Job Description:
Work with multiple pharmacy user groups to understand business requirements. Be able assess business scenarios and provide data and technical analysis on system feasibility, scalability. Be able to effectively translate user requirements into technical solution to the client group involving architecture design, application design, coding, testing and implementation. Excellent ability to work in a team environment as well as working independently to develop most cutting edge pharmacy software. Manage middle to large size of projects, can lead lower level developers and coordinate across multiple departments to implement the technical solution to assist user group to ensure the end result is met. Provide technical cross analysis trouble shooting and perform design reviews and code reviews.

Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Financial systems team is looking for a highly motivated IT professional who has 5+ years experience in user requirements gathering, architecture design and fully involved of every steps of software development cycle including functional design, architecture design, technical detail design, coding and testing. The following technical skills are required: Ab Initio /ETL tools (4 years), be able to design, develop and trouble shoot very complicated batch jobs and processes. Be able to design large web based application that will interface with database and other DSS systems. 4 years in Java/WSAD development. Must be very good in C and Unix, familiar with Korn shell programming, PL/SQL, Oracle. Business Intelligence and Financial analysis experience is a plus. Excellent communication, coordination and people skills and be able to manager middle to large sized of projects.

Qualifications:
