Responsibilities


• Entry-level position to support software implementation of the Manatron GRM suite of products.• Load and transfer data from disparate data sources into relational databases using vendor tools such as Microsoft DTS and Oracle SQL*Loader. Write data translation code in SQL or other project defined languages. Use Manatron import tools to build and convert customer data into a final solution.• Work with solution architect, project manager and Manatron customers to evaluate different data conversion scenarios and solutions and deliver the appropriate solution. Provide detailed solution documentation that satisfies the customer's business and technical requirements.• Lead data mapping and conversion quality assurance processes.• Work closely with second tier Manatron conversion resources and resolve implementation and conversion issues.• Work with other project staff and the customer to coordinate application setup and configuration data with the data conversion process. Design and execute custom solutions for setup and configuration collection and transport among database as needed.• Follow and improve an overall project implementation methodology.• Work with the lead BA to establish success criteria and act as the point of contact for the customer project deliverables when assigned.• Assist with writing business requirements and statement of work deliverables when assigned.• Assist with developing and executing testing scenarios, testing data, test plans and scripts.• Assure overall quality control during data conversion.• Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems in conjunction with the Quality Assurance and Support groups.


Requirements
• At least a Bachelors degree in a computer related field• Standard Query Language skills for relational database management systems• Technologies: SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, SQL Report Writing Tools, Windows Server• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills• Willingness to take personal responsibility for assigned tasks under tight deadlines• Legally authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship
