Programmer Analyst III

Johns Hopkins HealthCare (JHHC), the managed care division of Johns Hopkins Medicine, provides managed care services throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We serve more than 150,000 members enrolled in health care plans managed by JHHC. We are currently seeking an experienced Programmer/Analyst III.

As a Programmer/Analyst III, you will:
•Create, implement, and maintain client/server and web based applications
•Have responsibility for the performance, production support and documentation of said applications
•Perform complex analysis to propose appropriate solutions
•Develop and implement solutions including installation and testing of new or upgraded application

Successful applicants will have:
•An advanced understanding of structured programming, relational databases, file structures and programming tools
•Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field;
•5 years applications development with one year ASP.Net
•Experience with SQL Server, C#, MS Access
•Web Services, N-Tier Development experience preferred
•Experience in healthcare and Masters Degree preferred
