Job Description:
In search of highly motivated self-starter to join application development team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for web-based/object-oriented software development and design, with a strong interest in solving problems and improving business efficiency. In addition, communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential along with an ability to understand and document business requirements, translate these requirements into logical system solutions, and give oral presentations to business users. The ideal candidate will join a high potential team, with access to mentoring, training and career advancement potential. In addition, this individual will have ample opportunity to interface with management, business users and end users. PatientLogix TM Java application developer working with functional subject matter experts, users and offshore counterparts to deliver system fixes and enhancements.

Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, tests and maintains applications using knowledge of object oriented programming techniques and computer systems; Interacts with business units to gain knowledge of business requirements; Learn the system quickly both technical and functional in order to make intelligent decisions in solving issues and designing enhancements.

Qualifications:
2 – 3 years J2EE experience; 1 – 2 years Oracle or other RDBMS experience; Team Work (co-employee / onshore/offshore consultants); Logical thinking/Problem solving; Learn new & complex technologies.
