Programmer/Analyst

MISSION & SCOPE:
The Programmer/Analyst is the staff level owner of browser-based reporting and business applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, Maintain, and Document OLAP Reports, Queries, Tables structures.
Monitor OLAP reporting accuracy. Identify content errors, discrepancies, diagnose and fix them.
Develop Web-based Applications.
QA code and processes before deployment.
Other duties as assigned by the Applications Support & Development Manager

DIMENSIONS:
This position has no budgetary or supervisory authority.

This position is responsible for executing pertinent group and departmental Key Metrics as assigned.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
This person must have excellent working relationships throughout the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle SQL, SQLPlus, PL/SQL or Transact-SQL programming.
Demonstrated proficiency in Classic ASP and/or ASP.Net scripting languages and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SQL Server required.
Strong understanding of OLAP Tools, Accounting, and browser-based programming.
Proficiency with HTML, including cascading style sheets.
Some PERL, UNIX/LINUX, MS QUERY helpful.
High degree of professionalism and personal ownership of key job functions.
Requires excellent time and project management skills as well as organizational and inter-personal skills to work with a variety of people.
Requires the ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision.
