Program Manager - IT Process Standardization

Job Summary:Reporting to the Director Architecture & Process Standardization, responsible for identifying and establishing standardized processes for current and future IT activities as well as communicating the approved policies, processes and procedures. Work with technical and functional groups across the organization to evaluate, coordinate and monitor ongoing IT processes. Perform all duties assigned by the Director Architecture & Process Standardization. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures and state and federal laws are followed at all times. Ensure that no company, employee, or customer information is inappropriately divulged to unauthorized parties.Responsibilities and Duties:1.Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins and schedules from the Corporate Office and Director Architecture & Process Standardization. Maintain a good flow of communication with business entity management and within the Corporation.2.Establish and implement a single software delivery process for all IT application development efforts.3.Manage all IT activities related to government compliance programs such as Sarbanes-Oxley.4.Recommend tools to manage, monitor and report on process performance and compliance. Develop the necessary processes to integrate the tools into the application development, SQA and/or infrastructure environments.5.Serve as the point for IT process standardization activities. Establish relationships within business units and departments to ensure IT processes are compatible with established business processes.6.Work with Organizational Effectiveness, Internal Audit, compliance teams, IT business liaisons and any third party partners to establish IT process standardization.7.Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.8.Monitor all area related conditions, property and equipment within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety. Advise Facilities of all breakdowns and maintenance immediately.9.Make sure all area conditions do not threaten employee safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents immediately. Practice and instruct all employees in proper loss prevention and reaction procedures. Report all incidents properly and immediately.Qualifications:Educationa and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in experience is required along with seven (7) years in an IT role including business analysis or project management. At least two (2) years of experience as a project contributor using a strong SDLC is preferred. Must be familiar with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act specifically as it relates to IT practices and processes, have a strong knowledge of process related tools and strong project management skills. PMI certification is preferred.
