Professional Service Engineer

The Professional Services Group is focused on implementing and configuring the company’s solutions at clients’ sites, helping clients internalize the company’s approach, and train fraud investigators in use of the software. This dynamic team is looking for talented individuals who thrive on challenge in an evolving market space.

Requirements:
•Proven capability in a client-facing technical role
•Prior experience with high-availability web-based applications
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, a passion for learning, a natural talent for leadership, and a sincere commitment to quality
•The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related study, Master’s degree preferred
•Working knowledge of web development, networking security and databases
•Experience with complex queries or Crystal Reporting with SQL Server or other databases
•Java coding experience and solid understanding of software lifecycles is preferred
•Usability design and testing experience are desired
•Prior anti-fraud experience a plus
•Consultant – Troubleshooting
