Bright Spot Media is currently seeking a candidate for a full-time, benefits eligible Production Support Representative that will report to the Sr. Network Engineer.

Job Duties:
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrading and maintaining a 24x7 production Web environment
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to the production system
• Providing various technical assistance to all departments within the organization which may include cabling, user application support, phone system support and network support
• Act as liaison between Engineering and Operations
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Have excellent troubleshooting skills in a production environment
• Have a strong understanding of IIS, MSMQ, SMTP & Active Directory
• Have a strong knowledge of Windows 2003 Operating Systems
• Have a strong knowledge of networking principles and deployment
• Possess working knowledge of Cisco and Juniper networking appliances
• Be available to support a 24/7 environment which may include occasional weekend and after-hours work
• Minimal travel may be required
