Responsibilities
Production management of account acquisition and account management projects for clients in the financial services industry in a fast paced team environmentEffectively work with multiple support organizations in multiple functional areas both internally and externallyAssist in Developing project strategies and plansManage aspects of project communication, including interfacing with both internal and external business partnersEnsure quality control of all project requirements and specifications from an information and data integrity perspectiveEscalate high priority issues.Document approval, and track all changes in project scope.Set project deliverables and milestones.Assist with the continuous improvement and streamlining of project work flows.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Skills in executing and monitoring multiple projectsAbility to assist in the negotiation of scope, schedule changes, etc.Ability to manage customer expectations.Strong analytical, time management, and problem solving skills with decision making ability.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsKnowledge of the Credit Card industryProficient knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes.Technical aptitude and ability to become proficient in multiple proprietary software applications used to execute and manage projects.Strong Customer Focus and professional polishBachelor’s degree required
