Production Operations Analyst

Supervisory experience in an Autosys or IT data center areas a plus
Ability to interface with internal and external clients at all levels.
Distributed - understanding of UNIX & Windows platforms and the ability to do Level 1 & 2 diagnostics
Knowledge of Autosys, forecasting and holiday scheduling techniques
MVS z/OS mainframe experience preferred
Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
Incident reporting & tracking via Magic or other reporting tools and other Data Center logs.
Support and maintain the on-time delivery of client deliverables.
Follow up issues with other groups.
Network experience a plus
