Product Specialist for Interactivity

Purpose:
Job ID: 54948

Department Description: The Product Support team is key for new product introduction. Iinterface between technical support and engineering as well as provide assistance for complicated system issues. The team provides the engineer a customer view of how the product performs in the field.

Responsibilities/Expectations: Works to resolve escalated complex issues. Works to collect information, correlate data, and troubleshoot customer problems to closure. Communicates solutions effectively with other Motorola customer support teams and directly with customers. Experience enables him/her to undertake a wide spectrum of technical challenges while also being aware of overall program goals. Demonstrates through actions a high level product knowledge. Influences team’s technical activity and promotes cooperation and conflict resolution.^^

Knowledge Skills: 4 year degree in electronics or computer applications. Skilled in networking, IP routing, Cisco certification for CCNA a plus. Ability to work remote networking applications.
