Product Manager, Service & Implementation Tools
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: Responsible for overall ownership & delivery of Service & Implementation tools that automate implementation tasks, improve product serviceability, & dramatically reduce a customer's Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for next generation Centricity Enterprise platform.
Lead New Product Introduction process for Centricity Enterprise Service & Implementation Tools, including gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC), identifying customer requirements flowdown, developing product concept proposals, creating multi-generational product plans, and generating detailed customer-driven product specifications. Work with Global Marketing team to launch product.
Market Research: Stays current on global market size, share, trends. Understands clinical trends and customer needs as related to product requirements. Remains current on competitive products/service offerings' strengths & weaknesses.
Work closely with Intermountain Healthcare to ensure their requirements and clinical IT excellence are leveraged into product roadmap.
Own cross GE Healthcare business relationships with peer product managers to drive enterprise integration and care area depth
Lead cross-functional business teams, including Downstream Marketing, Regulatory, ITPS, & Legal departments.
Be spokesperson for program and team: create "communication plan" and internal excitement, advertise best practices, set expectations that allow the team to succeed. ~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering, science or Business Administration
Experience in healthcare marketing and IT systems through direct hospital engagement.
At least 5 years experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Product Development
Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
Proven program leadership skills with a track record of delivering commitments on time.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel approximately 25% (Domestic and International)

Green Belt Certified.
Critical Care clinical experience as an RN, MD, etc.
Team player with demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
