Job Description:
Product Marketing Manager Departmental Systems

Specific Requirements

Global minded individual with Clinical Software experience. Responsible for product and project management activities for the Soarian MedSuite Departmental Solutions.
Knowledge of professional services and implementation methodology in Healthcare IT is a plus.

Product and Project Manage the following departmental solutions; Lab, Pharmacy, Operating Theatre, Blood Bank, Diet, CSSD, Mortuary, Labor and Delivery, Critical Care, Oncology

Experience working outside of the US as a healthcare professional is highly desired.

Implement a process that ensures that the content of each solution release adequately reflects the priority requirements of the overall global target markets.

Take existing product analysis across the Siemens portfolio and ensue development “copies” this for MedSuite to create the global “Reference System”.

Leads global validation sessions with both customers and Siemens global partners, as a process to identify and validate specific global requirements.

Ensures that Regional specific requirements are identified, analyzed and then that the “Reference System” is modified to an appropriate “Localized” version.

Project Manage the release of MedSuite into one or more regions by working closely with the local HIS team.

Ensures requirements are delivered and interpreted by the Development team to create industry leading products.

Works in conjunction with the Development team during the development process to ensure that products are validated to meet market requirements.

Assist in the release planning process in the identification and prioritization of development requirements.

Create focus group of individuals that provide representatives for the global client base that would shape the product roadmap.

Work with Professional Services to identify opportunities and requirements to sell new services as part of new solution releases.

Interface with global marketing to develop marketing campaigns and collateral increasing market visibility.
