Product Analyst

The Product Analyst will work closely with the Technology Development, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Care & Service, and other Product groups to design and deliver new functionality to the platform as the marketplace demands.
The Product Analyst will be trained to develop and translate requirements into functional specifications, and work closely with a supporting team to translate these into technical specifications.
Experience in a multi-product, highly complex, interconnected software environment and an understanding of the full development life-cycle is a big plus.

Qualifications:

B.A./B.S. required.
1-3 years related work experience with e-commerce/retail web site/marketing or related consulting experience.
Experience writing product requirements and communicating project details with project team (Business Owners, IA/Design, and Technology).
Requires ability to work with resources throughout the organization with minimal guidance.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong technical aptitude. Demonstrate the ability to understand the business consequences of technical decisions.
Able to weigh costs and benefits of multiple projects and prioritize projects based on value to the business.
Solution and team oriented. Able to drive issues to resolution.
