Preditive Modeler

Our client is a very strong fast growing company working with Personal Lines. They are ranked the 52nd largest provider of personal auto insurance in the country. They have a need for a Predictive Modeler with experience work with GLM Software to run pure premium models used in the development of rating plans for Auto and Homeowners insurance.*Work with Actuarial department leadership to select factors based on output of the models.
*Use GLM models to run conversion and retention models
*Develop other models as necessary
*Mentor actuaries and analysts also doing GLM work.
*Participate on projects developing marketing models with corporation information management group.The company has excellent benefits, bonus and very competitive salary.
REQUIREMENTS
*Candidate must have previous experience developing rating plans using GLM software for personal Lines product.
*Experience doing sequential analyses for California Auto preferred.
*Excellent communication and written skillsMy client will consider individual with or without CAS exams.
