Pre & Post System Application

* EE or ET degree with Semiconductor Test Programming Background, and/or Semiconductor System level

Repair experience with HP/Agilent 93000 SOC systems. UNIX and LINUX experience desired
Ability to deliver technical consulting to customers based on products: * Understands customer's problem and need, recommends production support solutions.
* Develops and delivers production support training for customers.
* Qualified engineer for delivering specific production support services.

Integrates products and services, (at the system/solutions level), into customer's environment, and ensures the product functions per specifications.

Provide application and integration support to mature customer product line.

Will also ensure system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site.
Accountable for customer satisfaction, and the customer is satisfied with the production support solution
