Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.Job Responsibilities:
Manage the creation and delivery of discrete deliverables for Enterprise Document Imaging Implementation project

Responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements.

Manage Perot Systems, customer and third-party vendor resources while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used throughout the engagement to deliver an integrated solution.

Conduct kick-off meetings, make presentations, and demonstrations for Program stakeholders.

Implement quality and changes control procedures to ensure deliverables meet established goals.

Perform PM controlling processes during execution to ensure successful delivery.

Monitors project costs to manage to the defined budget and reports variance.

Obtains formal sign-off on implementation dates, major milestones, and project acceptance.

Follow standard practices and project management methodology as established by the Program Management Office; provides timely reporting and feedback to PMO.

Cooperates in internal program compliance check, program review or program assessment as requested by the PMO.

Establish and lead effective project team meetings. Develop agendas and track and report against project schedule, risks, issues, assumptions, definitions and out-of-scope items. Primary responsibility to mitigate risks and resolve outstanding issues.

Provides formal project progress reports weekly including variance analysis against scope, schedule, or resources.Required Skills:
5+ years experience in Program/Project management

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsDesired Skills:
Experience managing an enterprise billing implementation project.

Proven abilities in problem management and process analysis

Ability to create manage and enhance customer relationships.

Healthcare business background preferred.Minimum Educational Requirements:
