Peregrine/Crystal Reports Administrator

Position: Peregrine Administrator

Duties: Administer existing Peregrine AssetCenter and ServiceCenter applications.Develop and administer Microsoft Reporting Services and Crystal Reports according to management requests using Peregrine databases.Train and assist end users in all aspects of application usage.Create and modify Peregrine ConnectIt scenarios.Assist with development of an updated Quarterly Enterprise System Management Architecture Design Document describing service level offerings and planned enhancements; maintain Standard Operating Procedures document.

Requirements:Experience with Peregrine AssetCenter, ServiceCenter, and ConnectIt.Experience with SQL and SQL Server.Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services and Crystal Reports helpful.Ability to work within the confines of a set time schedule.Excellent customer service skills whether on the telephone or troubleshooting customer equipment issues on-site; project a positive image and professional manner at all times.

Contract Job Description:

Provide staffing to perform comprehensive maintenance and operational support of the Ft Sam Houston Enterprise System Management environment, and work with the Director of Information Management staff on Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) operational requirements. Support NIPRNET and SIPRNET Local Area Network administration/technical support, Web Site administration and support, e-mail administration and support, and customer services. Properly operate, maintain and analyze the existing NIPRNET, SIPRNET, IBM Tivoli, Magnum Technologies, and Peregrine Asset Center and Service Center environments.
