Lucas Group, the only search firm in partnership with The Wall Street Journal has been retained by our client to recruit candidates for the position of Peoplesoft Developer or Consultant. This client will pay full relocation costs.
Minimum Qualification:
•Bachelors degree in HR and at least two different engagements/employer experiences,
or at least ten years of work experience and at least two different engagements/employer experiences
•Consulting experience
•PeopleSoft HCM experience
•Strong Benefits or Payroll and Time & Labor
•Functional implementation Experience in PSFT 8.8 or higher

Desired Qualifications:
•Professional Certification (PHR, SPHR)
•Full life cycle implementation or conversion projects
