Job Responsibilities: The PeopleSoft HCM Developer III will analyze, design, code, test, debug and implement new and enhanced projects for multiple application areas. In this role you will develop and maintain source code and project schedules, and communicate status updates.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems. • Minimum of five (7) years of experience. • Fundamental knowledge in programming languages. • Strong knowledge in Application Designer (v 8.9), PeopleCode (v 8.9), PeopleSoft Cobol, PeopleSoft Data Management Tools and Processes (v 8.47) • Experience in at least 2 PeopleSoft implementations and/or upgrades. • Knowledge in functional HR, Benefits, Payroll & Self-Services processes, data structure and relationships knowledge • Experience implementing/supporting PeopleSoft HCM in a global environment • Required experience in Oracle SQL, Application Engine (v 8.9) and SQR • Experience in a complex, large company environment. • Must posses strong analytical and decision-making skills.
