PC Technician - Roanoke, Indiana-2nd and 3rd shift

PC TECHNICIAN ' 2nd and 3rd SHIFT - Roanoke, IN

Kelly Automotive Services currently has several openings for the Roanoke, Indiana area for Entry Level PC Technicians.

Position pays $12.00 hourly. Some overtime may be required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBLIITIES
'A+ Certification preferred
'Full time hours, must be available 7 days a week
'Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & random drug screening.
'Ability to complete 3- 4 month assignment
'Excellent customer service skills.
'Good interpersonal skills
'Good oral and written communications skills
'Self-motivated, self-directed, and goal oriented.
'Able to communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, & customer personnel.
'Lifting ' Must be able to lift 25 pounds from the floor to desktop height.
'Able to walk and climb stairs
'Transportation ' Valid and current driver's license in good standing.
'Work Schedule - primarily 2nd and 3rd shift schedule. This project is a 7 day a week operation. Work schedule could vary.
'Will be working in Plant environment

QUAILIFICATIONS
'6 months experience and/education supporting desktop environment
'Knowledge of decommissioning, assembly and installation of PC's
'Loading software applications
'Professional Work Ethic
'Excellent customer interaction skills

JOB RESPONIBLITIES
'Provides quality customer service and on-site support for designated equipment.
'Escalates problems to appropriate next level of support when necessary.
'Performs reasonably related projects or assignments as assigned by immediate manager and other management staff, as requested.
'Responsible for ensuring positive customer relationships with all business partners and customers.
'Diagnose minor problems
'Coordinate technical support groups for bigger issue
