PC Technician II

PC Technician needed to provide high quality technical support for publishing company. Responsible for troubleshooting user software and hardware problems, performing new hardware and software installations, and providing backup for our 10-person team. Requires experience supporting and repairing PC hardware. Knowledge of multiple versions of Windows and Office Suites required. Mac experience helpful along with knowledge of publishing applications. REQUIREMENTS
1year experience supporting and repairing PC's
1 year Macintosh experience required
6 months systems or network administration required
Knowledge of Quark Xpress, MS and other Windows applications req'd
High School Diploma
Technical Training
Certification (A+, MCSE, etc) helpful
