Department: Information TechnologySchedule: Full-timeHours: 7:30am - 4:00pmJob Details: Minimum qualifications: Associates Degree in computer science with 1-2 years of IT experience. Must be able to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop work stations and peripherals.Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experiences and judgements to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; reports to the IT PC Support and Network Manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups. Performs other duties as assigned.
