POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Implement and manage PC backup / recovery systems and Windows NT2000 Microsoft Active Directory network security

Maintain system, PC and software documentation

Implement and maintain best operational practices

Manage a staff of 6 IT professionals

Experience with Windows 2000, 2003, XP and Microsoft Back Office Products

Strong knowledge and experience implementing and managing Microsoft Active Directory

Working knowledge of TC/PIP networking - Red Hat Linux knowledge a plus

Prior experience leading projects and other team members

Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
