PC SPECIALIST

PC SPECIALIST San Juan College is currently accepting applications for an PC Specialist. The position reports to the Office of Technology Services -User Services department and is responsible for providing technical support to desktop and laptop users, resolving both hardware and software issues and other technically related support issues and ensure timely and positive impact on user satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline and/or 1-3 years of experience in computer support and a valid NM driver's license insurable by San Juan College. A+ Certification is highly desirable. Willing and able to work evenings and weekends on occasion. SALARY: $31,834 Annually.
