CTI and Witness experience a
plus
Two years experience in administrative, financial or data processing work which has demonstrated the analytical ability to relate all elements of complex problems or operating systems
into a systematic solution

Six months experience in system design and planning involving the development of data processing systems

Experience that demonstrates the ability to apply thorough
knowledge in developing system applications and computer programs

Experience that demonstrates the ability to apply thorough knowledge of predictive dialer systems;

Demonstrated experience working with Private Branch Exchanges (PBXs)

Six months on-line programming experience; Ability to apply sound judgment in analyzing and organizing problems or work processes for computer solutions

Effective interpersonal,verbal,andwritten communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
Three years experience in administrative, financial or data processing work which has demonstrated the analytical ability to relate all elements of complex problems or operating systems into a systematic solution

One year experience in system design and planning involving the development of data processing systems

Experience that demonstrates the ability to apply comprehensive knowledge in developing system applications and computer programs;

One year on-line programming experience;
