Oracle Systems Analyst


Support
- Assist users resolving basic functionality issues.
- Resolve Oracle user questions and issues for all modules.
- Working TARs with Oracle technical support to resolve bugs and functionality issues.
- Work with internal customers to:
Identify and define reports with users which could be generated out of Oracle to minimize manual manipulation of data.
Work with development team to design reports identified with users.
Review how Oracle users are currently utilizing the system to determine if there are better efficiencies to be had in each process the user performs.
Develop and maintain Test scripts
Assist in Developing and maintaining business process and work instruction documentation.
Assist in conducting training classes and perform other related duties as

QUALIFICATIONS:
Oracle applications user experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of interdependencies of Oracle Applications module functionality
Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Oracle implementation or upgrade experience
Working knowledge of Oracle setups including functional module setups, profile options, flexfields and functional module interfaces
Excellent process documentation skills

Must be A US Citizen
