Oracle / SQL Server Database Administrator: Candidate will be responsible for database administration tasks that include backup/recovery, upgrades, monitoring, tuning, and scripting for Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Cache databases. Candidate will be member of a 9-person team that includes database administrators, unix administrators and SAN administrators. Oracle and MS SQL Server Administration experience is required. Experience with Cache is a plus. Candidates without Cache expertise will be trained and expected to quickly learn and perform database administration duties for the Cache database platform. Candidate will be on an on-call rotation with other members of the team.Position Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating and administering computerized databases, including base definition, structure, documentation, long range requirements, operational guidelines and protection. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management.Education
