REQUIREMENTS
Job Description:
- Provide first-level sales data entry support and assistance, as well as data-entry for parts and inventory management efforts and scheduling data entry for service and repair work
- Work closely with refurbishment, inventory, purchasing manager, finance, parts manager and shipping to coordinate all inventory movement in an Oracle database, and using MS Excel spreadsheets
- Provide follow-up on all order-related activities
- Provide reports out of Oracle Software
- Researching/Driving to closure the tracking of all sales orders in an Oracle Software system and with MS Excel, and working in harmony with a successful and aggressive sales staff and sales assistants.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to deal with stressful situations and difficult clients
- Strong data entry background
- Experience working with databases; Oracle data entry experience would be ideal
- Strong skills and experience with MS Excel is REQUIRED
- Experience working for a product company or environment is preferred (places that would have an inventory, shipping data, parts and serial numbers, etc)
