Oracle Database Programmer

Purpose: A large corporation is looking to fill 2 openings for PL/SQL developers. The client is looking for someone with 3-5 years of software development experience. This is a 4 month contract to hire position located in St. Paul.

Candidates should have Strong Oracle Knowledge. Strong PL/SQL development including: developing stored procedures, packages, and database triggers is a must. Candidates should have extensive database modeling and extensive work in SQL performance tuning. The position requires 50% of the time to be in development and 50% of the time in support.

The following experience is preferred, but not necessary: Oracle DBMS, Oracle Developer/2000, C, Pro*C, VB, C#.Net, Windows 95/NT, client server development, Java, SQL*Net, and database programming.

There are 2 different shifts for these positions. One will be 3-11 PM Monday through Friday and the other will be Saturday through Monday 9 AM to 9 PM. They are willing to be somewhat flexible on the start and finish times. Permanent Salary range is 70-75K.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
