Operations Lead/Change Control Analyst

Purpose: Candidate will act as the ?Operations Technical Lead?

- The Ops Analyst/Technical Lead role is not an operator position

- This individual should have experience with change control/change management protocol

- Essentially, this role will be the interface between users/management and the operations team to ensure improved efficiencies and decreased systems issues/job conflicts

- Said individual will learn and understand the entire job schedule, scheduling process and systems environment to ?make the call? when schedules conflict and/or priority interruptions are required to take place

- Individual will create and maintain change-control processes company-wide; disseminate necessary documentation to team and ensure standards are enforced/adhered to

- Facilitate Change Management meetings to coordinate hardware and software implementations

- Experience with Risc/6000 and AS/400 boxes is ideal, as candidate will be responsible for becoming the SME within said environment

- Produce weekly status reports for Management personnel regarding change control process, installation schedules, and prospective areas of process improvement

- Develop procedures for training and reference purposes; work with team to ensure they are trained, competent and aware of schedule/process controls
