Operations Analyst

Revenue and operational analysis.

Formulation of fiscal budgets, forecasting models, operational/productivity metrics.

Update cost reports as required by CMS.

Analysis for all home and facility-based operations:  LTACH's, critical access hospitals, pharmacy, DME, therapy clinics, home care and hospice.

REQUIREMENTS
MBA required.

MHA preferred.

5 year minimum health care finance experience required.

Broad based knowledge of health care delivery systems and payment methodologies.
