Operations Analyst 4

Working independently with considerable latitude, compiles, analyzes and interprets data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to business managers. Using statistical analysis, solves complex operational, systems-related and/or customer issues with possible financial risk. Creates and maintains databases using data from multiple sources. Applies complex statistical data to business strategies and presents recommendations to senior management in a meaningful format. May manage complex production efforts and large projects requiring the coordination of resources, budgets and deadlines. May partner with technology group to define business requirements, perform user acceptance testing and implement complex changes. Facilitates communication to resolve problems and advance strategies.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:6-8 years with undergrad degree; 4-7 years w/ MBA
* Preferred Skills:This position will play a key role within Bank Cards MIS acting as the Business Units main point of contact for data/reporting questions related to ad hocs and new reporting packets. As an MIS liaison, this position will manage new reporting requests, gathering all technical requirements, mocking up the reporting needs, designing processes leading to appropriate data and reporting, and managing the handing off of requirements to the report developers.Because of the strong Business Unit tie, this position will need to have a proven track record of developing partnerships with managers & Sr. leaders.Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to proactively identify and implement reporting solutions and best practices. Strong analytical, problem solving, and multi – tasking skills with a proven track record of attention to the details. Creates and maintains high quality and easily understood solutions / reporting. Strong organizational skills and communication skills are a must.Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in the Credit Card or Financial services industry.

Previous experience working in a project management (or process management environment) requiring a thorough understanding of data availability and processes that lead to strong data.

Technical experience is a plus but not mandatory (previous computer programming classes, SQL or Crystal knowledge)
