The Network Services Contact Center team is seeking an Operational Analyst to provide application and infrastructure support for the Contact Center call recording applications at UHG.



Responsibilities:
Provide support of new installations and upgrades of the call recording system as well as troubleshooting day to day issues related to the Etalk call recording application and it’s related infrastructure.
Capacity planning, instrumentation and development of processes and procedures to improve the support of the call recording systems at United Health Group.
Support of other Contact Center applications as needed.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
Ability to build good working relationships.
Experience with Windows Applications and Windows Server 2003
Experience with Contact Center applications such as Call Recording (ETalk preferred, but not required), Workforce Management, ACD, IVR, Predictive Dialing, E-Training and CTI.
Bachelors degree in related discipline or combination of education & experience.
