2.Organize and coordinate offshore resources serving the team on priority and scheduling. This will require the resource to be on-site second shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm).
3.Manage the release schedule for bi-monthly operational releases
4.Deployment
a.Code build and deployments for Online Banking
b.Software and hardware environment inventory audits
5.Configuration Management
a.Configuration and compatibility management
b.Operating System, patch and hot-fix versions
c.Documentation and status
6.Communicating
a.Daily shift Report
b.Weekly Report
c.Support and forensic reports
d.Run book and process documents
e.Daily Status reports on work progress.
f.Time tracking reporting.
g.As needed outage notification based on established and documented processes
7.On call
a.Be available for 24/7 on call coverage in a rotating basis when needed. NOTE: This is a permanent position: no corp to corp or third party resumes will be accepted or considered.
